Astrakhan's calling card is its white-stone Kremlin - the southernmost of all the Kremlins in Russia. The ensemble of the Astrakhan Kremlin consists of seven watchtowers, a graceful and majestic eighty-meter bell tower with an ancient tower clock - chimes, as well as a cathedral, a monastery and a chapel that are located on the territory of the fortress. In addition, you will have a walk along the old streets of Astrakhan, during which you will see numerous canals and bridges, former Armenian, Persian and Indian commercial farmsteads, as well as the numerous architectural heritage of Russian merchants who built a big number of mansions in a variety of styles. You will also visit "Selenskie Isady" - the famous fish market of Astrakhan, which is one of the visiting cards and popular tourist attractions of the city.
